Harold Brothers Training Institute, LLC is a privately held Mechanical and Safety Training Center in Weymouth, Massachusetts. Initially started as a private training center for the employees of Harold Brothers Mechanical Contractors, Inc. a customer orientated full service mechanical contractor open shop, Pat and John Harold have opened their training center to the local licensed plumbers and apprentices in the south shore area. “As a mechanical contractor, a well-trained labor force is an essential element to the success of a mechanical operation. We are strongly committed to providing our employees with the right tools and training to do their jobs efficiently both in the office and in the field. This translates into cost effective solutions for our customers.”

Director of Training and Instructor, Gerald Fusco, holds 4 masters licenses in the mechanical contracting field in Massachusetts and 2 in New Hampshire. He also holds several instructor licenses and certificates including Plumbing, Pipefitting, Sheet metal, OSHA outreach safety, ASSE 6050, and is a Master Trainer for the National Center for Construction, Education and Research. This year, he is completing his 30th year teaching plumbing on the south shore to apprentice and journeyman plumbers.
Instructor, William Callahan, holds 3 masters licenses in the mechanical contracting field in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He also holds several instructor licenses and certificates including Plumbing, Sheet metal, OSHA outreach safety, and is a Trade and Safety Instructor for the National Center for Construction, Education and Research. Bill has been teaching plumbing and safety to apprentice plumbers on the south shore for several years.
Currently we offer Mandatory Continuing Education for Plumbers, Massachusetts Apprentice Plumbing Tier Programs for Licensure, and OSHA 10 and 30 hour construction safety courses to the public. Some of the other courses you might find listed are specialized for the mechanical field and arraigned as special private classes. We can also bring custom training to your facility. Instructor, John Romero, holds 1 masters license and 2 journeyman licenses in the mechanical contracting field in Massachusetts. He also holds several instructor certificates. John has been in the mechanical construction field for 30+ years and currently has his own plumbing & heating business. John has been teaching plumbing to licensed and apprentice plumbers on the south shore for several years.
